Hijacked Listing - ASIN Suspended

I have been really unlucky recently - I have been targeted recently because I have been number 1 in my product category for a while.

I had 3 negative reviews which are fake. I reported this to Amazon after doing my research on the reviews… it turns out my competitors had the same reviews left on their products.

Further to this I have had a panic this evening as me ASIN has been suspended, for the following reasons;

This product has been identified as Klip Dagga or Lions Ear. Amazon.com prohibits the listing and sale of this substances.

This product has been identified as Jimson Weed. Jimson Weed is a DEA drug of concern and is prohibited from sale or listing on Amazon.

Amazon policy prohibits the listing or sale of Salvia Divinorum or its constituents on Amazon.

I have been reading a few posts about this and it seems someone has hijacked my listing and changed all the key works and replaced them with a copy and paste of all the prohibited substances. My product has none of these ingredients and have also checked with my supplier about this

I have already opened up a case with Amazon.

Has anyone got any pointers on how best to resolve this fast?

Thank you

Hey,

Just had the same " This product has been identified as Klip Dagga or Lions Ear. Amazon.com prohibits the listing and sale of this substances." message although product is not related to it at all.

How did you do? Did you manage to solve it?

My listing has been close for about two weeks now. Still trying to reopen it.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
I have been emailing seller support back and forth for a long time now and they seem to be repeating the same things to me which is really upsetting.
“Upon review, we have found that the ASIN *** is available and has different contributions in CA MarketPlace as well.
As per Amazon guidelines, this product has been identified as Salvia Divinorum, a DEA drug of concern. Amazon policy prohibits the listing or sale of Salvia Divinorum or its constituents on Amazon.
This ASIN has a reference to prohibited keywords in CA MarketPlace, which has resulted in the restriction.”
The only problem is that I do not have any listings on CA/US market places. However, I have still removed the restricted keywords in my listing.
Am I talking to bots as they have been telling me that they have found my listing in CA marketplace?
I have sent them a screenshot of the inventory in CA marketplace which shows it’s empty and currently waiting for their response to it.
What else do you guys suggest in this case?
Thank you.

I have also just had the same email today and my item is Tent Pegs. I have just contacted Amazon by using the system within my seller account by opening a case and asking them to reinstate the item. After reading this thread I am now thinking we have also been hijacked. Today is the 19th April and I am hoping the item will be reinstated soon. I will update my progress with this for any other sellers who may experience this.
