Scammer buying products and applying refunds or giving negative reviews

A scammer contacted me on whatsapp by sending screenshots of 17 orders. Phone number is of USA (digital bought number). They have asked me to pay the money or they will leave negative reviews and apply for refunds (both way my business is affected). I have shared order ids with Amazon seller help and reported abuse as well but no affect. This is totally blackmailing. What options I have legal or otherwise?

Please note, I am worried. This has already happened to my one listing where scammers left two negative reviews and Amazon closed my listing without any investigation. I asked for proofs but no help. Further, they disposed off my all inventory at a very high cost.

Please advise, what options I have?
