Why is Amazon on my branded listing?
Hi All;
Two of my listings has Amazon directly selling my product. Of course they have the buy box. I am Amazon branded with US Trademarked. Any idea if there is a solution to this? Should I contact them or will that open a can of worms?

Have you had any inventory for FBA that was 'lost' and they reimbursed you for the items?
If so, they magically found them after paying you for them and they are now recovering the money (and very likely a nice profit for their incompetence).

Can the seller hit them for selling inauthentic items?
They do not have a valid LOA or invoice showing that these items were purchased from the correct channel.
