FBA shipment status still "ready to ship"

Hi,

I have done many FBA shipments to Amazon UK.
This time my shipment is already shipped and tracking info is updating but status of this shipment is still as “ready to ship”. There is no any box to click to change the status to “shipped”
Is there any way to change this status from my end?

Any help would be appreciated

Mine sometimes stay like that but as long as the tracking is updating I don’t worry about it - it should change again once delivered or in receiving

We’ve been getting this today as well. All shipments we sent today are in transit but status says “ready to ship”.

The annoying thing is that it doesn’t show any of this stock as inbound. We are having to do manual counts and lists.

We have had this for a few weeks.

Until a few day ago, we found the ‘View Tracking Info’ link on the bottom right of the workflow redirected to the tracking page and that seemed to update it to ‘shipped’ (sometimes I seen the ship button appear at the top and vanish almost immediately… but recently that has not worked and it changes a day or so later on its own.

We need to see what stock is inbound. This is really frustrating.

I wish they would stop trying to fix things that aren’t broken.
