Is Veeqo a scam or what
I have been seeing amazon advertising veeqo on seller central to have the same protection as Amazon buy shipping, I have been hit with 3 A-Z claims back to back for veeqo

and they funded those from my account without looking into the details of the tracking number, spoke to seller support case ID 14935544881 and they do not know whats going on or what is veeqo and long call explaining the issue and being put on hold I was told they will send it to the ghost team. I guess shame on me for being a fool moving away from whats was working fine for me, I do not care about the 2-3 pennies in savings they offer, I was thinking they have Amazon A-Z protection. I do not have the health or the time to chase Amazon for my money through endless appeals and phone calls when its not a problem I caused. I'll take the loss and move on.

Orders shipped using Veeqo have the same A-to-Z Claim protection as orders shipped using Amazon Buy Shipping directly.
If the orders were shipped on time using Veeqo/BuyShipping, they should have received protection.
What was the specific reason provided that the claims were granted for the buyer?

yes Veeqo is a scam.
we currently have 5 cases dating back to February where the promised Veeqo "Seller Guarantee" has not been applied.
we have been talking to KJ_Amazon and also Katie at Veeqo - but between them they still after 2 months have not been able to get us reimbursed according to the Veeqo "guarantee".
we have had no updates from anyone for over 3 weeks - basically Veeqo has no way of enforcing its own guarantee with AZ - they are powerless and therefore should not be making these baseless claims.
note we met all criteria on these cases, but it makes no difference.
basically VEEQO makes false promises - out of over a dozen cases where Buyer raised a claim for late or non-delivery, only ONE of these claims was processed correctly by AZ according to Veeqos "guarantee"
all other claims require a laborious process of contacting Veeqo to try and get assistance. some they can help with, but most they cannot and are just left hanging for months with no resolution.
Veeqo is awful.
