We completely agree with you.
Amazon never hears us, they treat us like we do the fraud. In their view we (sellers) are frauds. They never delete fake reviews or ratings. Even after providing full auto refunds and receiving counterfeit products returned by customers that we didn't send, Amazon says they can not remove fake reviews, which affect our sales, and our listing gets black-listed. And our Account health also gets affected. Every time we have to give the POA (Plan of Action), we have to agree with all those faults (although we didn't make any) to rectify our Account health page.
It's a complete headache to FBA. Since November 23 the CCU1 was non-functional, and we had our inventory stranded there for more than 3 months. Amazon never gave us any soultion. Even after we have Products available in the Fulillment Centres amazon didn't replace the items and cutomers got full refund and we got blacklisted and faced huge loss. Even after opening two other FCs in west bengal (CCX1 & CCX2), our received orders stay pending for many days and the orders get cancelled and we face huge loss.
There's the voice of the customers but not of the sellers.
Let's stay together and raise our voices to get our rights back!
