Nowadays customers are getting clever by returning the old product and keep the newer ones the seller has sent. It just cannot be tolerated.

very true and after returning garbage they give 1star and bad feedback like we are fraud, and amazon never hear us, last wk hi ek customer ne 14500/- ka samaan free me le liya, aur amazon to aise refund issue karta hai jaise hamare paas paiso k pade lage hain

yes exactly too many returns are coming.. we give ads and do sales and all of it gets returned post ad date expires.. looks like some scam...
