My competitor left me several negative reviews, what should I do?

Someone manipulated the buyers' accounts to leave fake reviews!And the accounts of these malicious buyers who left bad reviews were abnormal.

These orders are centered on purchases made in July, leaving bad fake reviews, and then refund.

I have tried to complain and open a case, but nothing can solve my problem. This is seriously affecting my sales, please help me!
