Refund fraud scheme!!!
Amazon knew they were having the refund fraud scheme but they just let sellers bear the loss. Shame!
I wonder, how Amazon would react if a buyer bought a $419.99 Kindle Scribe and returned to them with a leather case? Since they don`t care about the loss we sellers painfully endured, they maybe care more about their own business?

One option is filing a SAFE-T Claim. SAFE-T claims allow sellers to appeal orders that were fully refunded by Amazon, most often for returns using prepaid return labels.

You can also use the Report abuse form in Seller Central to report the incident and provide details.
