UPS driver confirms that he received the box but system says opposite

I've been sending packages since last year via UPS parcel collection service as many of us do. On the 7th of January, I delivered two boxes as usual. After couple of days, I realized that one of the boxes seem like never been received by the UPS. I called the driver to double check if I miss anything and he confirmed that he received two boxes from me. I engaged with customer representatives and they say they cannot give information because your name and your company are not what I see on the system, therefore, I cannot make sure that you are the shipper. I cannot find any contact and now my 500 pounds box gone missing. Has anybody experienced this before?

Following on your post. Could you provide us the case ID related to this matter for us to have a look? Do you have the track history from UPS of the package, that confirms the current location?
