Mexico disappeared as an option for us to Sell Globally. I've had no help getting it back.

I was about to add Mexico as a new marketplace but the option disappeared. I've filed multiple cases about this and I've basically been told it does exist and to stop bothering them for help-- even after uploading photos of the issue (see below). It's been very frustrating.

The first step here is submitting a case with Seller Support. If for some reason the case gets resolved with out fixing your issue. Please post here the Case ID.
