Unable to create FBA shipment

Recieved VAt number for Germany but unable to create FBA. Case is dwelling for over 2 months, anyone else facing the same issue

What error are you getting ?

Are you EPR registered ?

Do you have fiscal representation and an importer of record or are you not even that far ?

Yes I am VAT registered. and I am still unable to do PAN European or create FBA. It is not allowing me to activate. Seller central team mentions for last two months that trher are researching the issue with no resolution

I hjave just done that and all in order but FBA is not active

Just as a side note that may or may not be related
Your trade registration number is not showing on your SP page which it should for a UK ltd
