Invoices for selling in other countries

I have been receiving invoices from other countries when I only sell in the UK and do not have any listings in any other countries. I logged a case with Amazon and they gave me some settings to change for FBA but I am still getting more invoices from Spain and France. Has anyone else had this issue?

This is what they suggested and I have done this - Upon checking you have enable export settings for the other EU market place accounts this is the reason you are received incisive for different market place. In order to fix this issue, we request you to disable the other country Shipping programmes and export settings, so that in future you won't be receiving any invoice for the orders.

I do noy understand how they can invoice me when I have not sold anything to other countries and I have checked my store settings and the only country I am selling in is the UK.
