Product description missing on actual listing

Product description missing on actual listing

Ive just listed some blank greetings cards. I added the product description followed by some bullet points. The description is not showing on the actual product for page.

I have tried to revise the product description text but it hasnt been changed or added.

I also raised a case log but to no avail.

Anyone know how to get the product description added please?

IT can take a while for any changes to show. What's the ASIN and I'll take a look, you never know it could be a browser problem?

Any HTML in the description? You might need to post the description - just to see if theres anything amazon might block.
