Sending Letters to Republic of Ireland- Help

I am having continued issues with sending letter/large letter sized items to Ireland. Everything I send is via Royal Mail click and drop and when sending outside the uk, two labels are generated. The address label and a CN22 customs label. Everything is filled out correctly and I add the Amazon ioss number to the address label before posting, as requested. Some items have been returned with AN Post labels on that say ‘Failed electronic customs clearance.’ Can someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong? I have many valued customers in ROI and I don’t want to have to stop posting there, but it’s getting ridiculous.

Thanks in advance

Which IOSS number are you using? It changed on August 1st. I don't know if the old one is meeting with rejection or not, but it could be an issue.

Are you entering the IOSS number on Click and Drop? It's not enough to just be on the label or written onto the CN22, it has to be included with the electronic guidance that Click and Drop encodes.
