Additionally, I do not see an option to contact support via a call, and every time I open a case, it is automatically closed without resolution.
Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue and reactivate my account? I appreciate your support and look forward to your prompt assistance.

This is teh UK sellers forum - you are not talking to Amazon Seller Support on here.
You need to contact them using the help link at the top.
Incidentally why are you unable to submit the required info?
