You need to include your case number for the amazon forum moderators to follow up.

Your product can be 100% the real deal but does need to include the manufacturers warranty if sold as new.

If you do not have brand permission to resell on amazon then the product will be called as fake if the brand complains to amazon. Just one of amazon's simplifications to confuse sellers -- it should have a category of "no brand permission" instead of just dumping in the "fake" pile.

Buying from Amazon and reselling on Amazon will result in account deactivation. You cannot meet the documentation requirements as requested by Amazon to reactivate the account. The forum mods have said that on those two previous postings. Your business model will work on eBay or other sites but not Amazon. Unfortunately this is a hard lesson learned.

You can't purchase products from an online retailer, you need to purchase products from a brand authorized wholesale distributor.
