Buying Amazon Businesses

Hi All,

I’m am looking at purchasing businesses that predominantly sell on Amazon. However, I’m concerned about the taking over of another company’s account.

I’m under the impression that you are only allowed to have one seller account at a time, so how do you deal with this after you have purchased an Amazon business.

Ideally, I would like to keep it separate from my existing Amazon business as they would be two completely different legal entities and I wouldn’t want the sales from both businesses coming through the one Seller Central account.

Does anyone have any experience with this?
