Amazon Account Support Team dont help

Hi my account is at risk of deactivation, its Red. I accept 2 of the issues as my fault and submitted invoices for IP claims but they dont accept them and they are not from wholesalers HOWEVER, 1 i am fighting is a customer authenticity complaint. I have sent everything to Amazon, invoices, tracking details, tracking proof of delivery literally everything they have asked for yet they still say its not good enough as I purchased from iHerb. Ive even sent them details from Companies House proving they are a legitimate company.

What else can I do, anyone got any advise as this is a genuine item, the customer complained but have sold loads of the item not had any issues/complaints before.

How do I escalate this matter? I have written to the managing director but I just get it passed back to the team who sends the generic letter again!

Not likely you will get anywhere with this.

The issue is you sold a product bought retail as New (I guess) which on amazon, if you get caught is a big no. It should have been listed Used (like New).

You simply don't have the invoices to fight the authenticity complaint unfortuantely.
