I live in Turkey. In order to sell on Amazon UK, I established a company in England through a service provider called “1st Formations”. The company provided me with a virtual office so that I could receive mail within the scope of the features it provided. I am opening a seller account on Amazon for the first time, so when I created my account, I registered the virtual office address as my business address. I thought I needed to enter a company address in England. My account was suspended because I could not pass the authentication step. I wanted to correct it, but I could not do it because my account was restricted. Its impossible for me to provide a utility bill for this address because it is a virtual office. All the Amazon support team employees that I've talked to told me to provide different documents and each time I confirmed with them that this would be the solution but everytime it gets rejected even though I provide the wanted documents.
I have nothing left to do, I'm waiting for help.

the utility bill they require is for your residential address not the business. For the business they require a UTR or Ltd company number and also your VAT number

While submitting the documents please ensure the documents must meet the below requirements:
-- It must contain the following information: your name and address, the service provider's name and additional information.
-- Your name and address must be visible and match the name and address that you entered in Seller Central.
-- It must have been issued in the last 90 days.
-- It must be a full page and unobstructed, including the document corners.
-- It must have a high definition and be clear and readable. The required information must be visible and in focus.
-- It must be authentic and unaltered.
-- It must not be protected with a password. You can reupload the same document without the password protection or upload a photo of the document. For security reasons, do not reply to this email with the password.
-- It must not be a screenshot.
Any document not meeting above criteria will deemed as invalid.

Even though I provided all the documents requested from me in the emails I received and when I spoke to the Amazon support account, I still receive the same rejection response.
All my products are ready to be sent, but I have not been able to solve my problem for more than 1 month and I keep getting the same answer.
I would be very grateful if an Amazon representative who can really help me with my problem could please contact me.
Since I keep getting the same answer, I don't know where I made a mistake or what I need to do extra to solve the problem.
I would be very grateful if an Amazon employee, who will not respond to me with a draft answer, could please contact me with whom I can talk personally about my problem.
You can also contact me by voice or video call.
I'm ready to do everything I can to solve the problem, but I'm waiting for someone to show me where I'm making a mistake.
