There is a specific way to change the OTP verification. You can NOT add a new phone number, nor can seller support. BUT you can add an authenticator app on your new phone or on your tablet or computer, you don't need a phone for that.
If - an only IF - you are the "Primary account manager" and owner of the Primary account email address you can use an authenticator. Take 2-3 hours, read and UNDERSTAND following thread. You will find other threads about OPT by using the search bar on top.
You don't need to be loged in in your account to do this. You just have to be the owner of the email address who created that seller account. So don't come back saying that it's not possible because you can't log in your account.
