FBA keep cancelling our removal orders

Hello!

We have two units that were returned by our buyers to FBA. FBA determined their condition as "unsellable".

We tried to create removal orders but Amazon keep cancelling them. Amazon already cancelled 4 of them.

When we tried to contact Seller Support we were advised that the reason of the multiple cancellations is "... it got cancelled because unit was stored in an ineligible location"

We need our items back or compensation.

Please advise what we can do in this case.

Hello @Seller_WXXA6Jh1fGpz7, I see that the team recommends trying again in a few days after the units move to an eligible location, or waiting until the pending removal orders are completed.
