Your account may look like it is active but all of your items will be blocked from view if you have received this notice. With just a cursory look and without further detail, Amazon are stating you have sold items that you are not authorised to sell. As the ASIN’s have been removed from your notice, it is not possible to determine further. However, you have almost certainly breached intellectual property rights, according to your notice. Perhaps you can elaborate further?

It seems Amazon are doing this to tons of accounts currently.
We had this happen 2 weeks ago, and still haven’t got our account back or access to our 3k in funds.
Its a long procedure.

i am not sure but yes i sold in new condition .
can you advise me what to do
Seller_VaGSBBB9pRzA5
You must get your items from an authorised distributor. So either direct from the manufacturer or from one of their authorised wholesalers. You cannot sell something that you bought in a retail shop as “new” as it has already been retailed once so therefore no long new, regardless of condition.
Just because you can list something on Amazon it doesn’t mean you are authorised to sell it.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the manufacturer is okay with you selling their items.
There are a lot of manufacturers who don’t want their items sold on Amazon by anyone.
You just need to do your homework.

No, it’s not that simple.
Some manufacturers do not want their items selling on Amazon by anyone.
Some manufacturers tightly control who sells their items on Amazon. We have a brand that we sell that is controlled by the manufacturer who issue authorisation codes to authorised sellers but you wouldn’t know it by looking at the listing page.
Just because you can list it doesn’t mean you should.
Contact the manufacturer, Ask them. It’ll save you a lot of hassle down the line.

I had this issue myself and Amazon were absolutely awful to deal with. My account was down for approx 2-3 months and a few thousand pounds were being withheld.
I sent multiple Plan of Actions, all different but they were all refused. If I could have spoken to someone on the phone I could have explained the situation in 5 mins, but they do not allow phone support at all.
Randomly after 10 weeks or so they reactivated it. No explanation on why. Serve loss of business as a result.

Look at your performance notification find the email Amazon sent you and respond to it !!!
Never ignore Amazon otherwise you get a suspension always act on performance related notifications if you agree or disagree…
The email is very clear!
Find the notice they sent you about ASIN ********* then respond
Then write a plan of action
You was given a chance in the first instance but you ignored it, now your account is suspended.
