Help ! How to deal with a fraud buyer
Hello, everyone, a fraud buyer placed 14 orders since last three months, he claims return as soon as items arrived. and Amazon issued Prior refund automatically everytime. However he returned nothing and keep all my products for free !!! Today again he placed 2 orders of hundreds of euro. How should I do with it ? Anyone could help me ? Thank you so much!

You can collate previous orders containing information such as user name, email address, address, etc. that proves it's the same person.
Then provide the order documents to Amazon to report the buyer for malicious fraud.
