Buyer Attempted To Remove Negative Feedback
I came to a resolution with a buyer about a situation and the buyer agreed to remove their negative seller feedback they left for us.
We sent them a link to the completed feedback page and they said the review they left was not there and they could not find it anywhere.
We tried to work with them for a short period of time but they became frustrated and told us to "discuss it with Amazon", so here we are haha!
I believe this customer was not very tech savvy, is there anyway a moderator could take a look at this for us? Our chat thread with the buyer shows they attempted to remove it, but were unable to.

Hello @Seller_zGoDlPZLneGhF- and thanks for seeking some guidance on this issue here on the forums. I appreciate you including the case and order details so I could take a closer look. As I reviewed the details, I unfortunately did not see the buyer confirm they had attempted to remove the feedback, or that they were willing to, just that they could not locate the feedback, only their positive review of the product.
Regardless, as a general rule, Amazon does not remove buyer feedback even if it is unwarranted or the issue has been resolved. There are some caveats to this, detailed on this help page, but the feedback in question here does not meet any of the removal or strikethrough use cases.
I would recommend responding publicly to the feedback if you've not done so already. Your response won't change your feedback rating, but other buyers will be able to read your explanation when they see the buyer's feedback.

So I am having the same issue.
In the old days, you would have the customer go to this link:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/feedback/view-all-feedback.html
and from there, they could remove Seller Feedback.
But, according to a call to Seller Support, the ONLY way for a customer to remove negative seller feedback is for them to call Amazon support and ask them to do it on their end.
This is absurd. The same link that they used to put the feedback on the page should be available to them to remove the feedback if they change their mind, without having to jump through another hoop.
Really bad.
