account has been deactived due to the security

My account has been deactivated due to the security problem.

I was tried to add new deposit method on my Amazon.ca account than Amazon has been deactived my account and they send me an e-mail as '' account team believe that an unauthorized party may have accessed your Amazon seller account and listing was removed due to which account is deactivated. ''

They suggested me that '' Changed the password for your account to a unique, strong new password and Enabled 2-step verification and is set by yourself. ''

I did all suggestion and I opened many cases but they haven't active my account yet.

All my operation has stopped because of this situation.

I need your valuable help.
