Bundle creation
I created a bundle of one of the reputed brand on my seller account under the original company brand name. It got approved by amazon,
Now another seller started to sell the same bundle which was created by me. All the picture were clicked by me. Can I raise copyright case also My question is can I raise complain on amazon to ask other seller to remove that listing.
Thank You

Nope - not if it was under the original companies brand. Well, thats provided the other sell is indeed selling the same bundle of course.

Hi, unfortunately there's nothing you can do about that. Once you upload the images, the're owned by Amazon I believe, and in any event, Amazon won't assist you with an IP matter. I think the only action available to you is to hire an IP attorney / lawyer to advise you whether or not you'd have a case against the other seller, who they could maybe write to on your behalf. This would only apply however, if you own the brand you have bundled, and ideally, have registered UK TM's. For an initial consultation, costs might be around £500, but from what you have said, I'm not sure you'd have a case. Good luck though.

Indeed to add to GreenGold - if you got approval from the brand and you have an agreement with the brand that you are the exclusive supplier of that brand on amazon - then if anyone holds brand registry, they may be able to do something - though I doubt this exists for a bundle you created.

Only way you can do an IP complaint is if you own the brand under Brand Registry on Amazon.
Unfortunately if you don't own the brand, any seller can jump on any listing you create providing they are selling the same variation of item.
