Does any other seller see an uptick in chargebacks this year? By uptick, I mean a huge increase? With thousands of orders a year, we may have received 1 or 2 chargebacks a year. This year, we have already seen 12 through just the holiday season! We have received no correspondence from these customers to resolve any issues they may have.

A to Z claims are almost non-existent. It appears they are being replaced with chargebacks. Has anyone else experienced similar issues this season?
