Parent asking for dimensions
We've had some listings running since around 2018. As I'm sure aware, Amazon just LOVE to change things. Recently we've wanted to add new sizes to a Parent listing. However when trying to do this, we can't complete the listing because it wants use to add dimensions - which are parent doesn't have dimensions.
Upon contacting Amazon (MULTIPLE TIMES) they told us something about attributes not matching blah blah blah. But from what I understand it's because the listing is old. ANYWAY - so making a new listing (not with a file) and guess what!! Even though I'm creating a variation listing STILL ASKING FOR DIMENSIONS?!
Any help or work around would be amazing!
