Parallel Import - Seller Support rejecting invoices.
Hi,
Does anyone have any advice for what to do when a Parallel Import Complaint is not being removed, the invoices that I have provided fulfil all the requirements for the complaint to be removed. However, they keep being rejected and now it is no longer letting me submit them.
Even the account health agent on the phone said that the complaint should be removed. I have multiple IP complaints all of which are illegitimate and should be removed yet they keep being rejected, putting my account health at risk. Things like this make me want to stop selling on Amazon. Any advice is highly appreciated and if anyone from Amazon account health reads this post, please contact me.

Basically no-one will - Account health do not read the forum , and neither do the mods anymore , it seems.

What is it your selling and which asin was it on.
people will need more information to make any suggestions to you.
If your selling on a listing other than being reached through the upc of the product no matter how genuine your invoices are if the product is branded by the listing creator you are going to be in trouble.
Also you need to ensur your invoices are recent and cover enough of the product that you have sold.
Without more disclousure its impossible for people/fellow seller )and as jillyb says thats all we are here) to make any comment or give any advice.

Parallel Import most likely had been filed by the brand owner, And most likely this brand have a separated distribution regions.
ie goods for N America cannot be sold in EU and vice versa.
So unless the invoices you supplied are from their UK distributor (official!) these would not be accepted.
Also seller support is not too great with these things, - and sometimes It need to resend same invoices few times to get thorough.
We get our products directly from the manufacturer, global corporation, same source as Amazon do and they still sometimes "cannot verify" these.
we ended up with providing the official letter from brand to confirm we are authorised online retailer for the products - this does helped a lot.
if you could get this from the brand you selling it will most likely resolve the problem.
But keep in mind you might need to send it few times as well to push thorough....
