Which one better adding UK bank account or Wise for deposit method when selling from UK in US Amazon

can some one please shed some light on this as i sell on us market and i am based in UK ,intially i added my uk bank account for deposit method and every one saying currency conversion rates are bad use wise ,so now i added wise but i think it is same when you try to transfer usd to gbp in uk ,so not much of a difference ,so can some one explain to me how amaozn works in currency conversion rates and fees when they transfer money to my uk bank account as i wanted to add my uk bank account back to amaoznusa as deposit method.
