ASIN B0BY5XYXXK hijacked by bogus Black hat seller VWPEYY

Hijacked listing issue is really getting old. I do not understand how listings are manipulated by someone who is not even selling my product, and I told the brand cannot be reinstated to the correct brand since I am a 3rd party seller. Maybe 1 in 10 actually get fixed. What is our recourse? I submitted case 16762338171, but as you know we only have 48 hours to resolve before getting an ip infringement. I am hoping one of the mods can assist because I do have a LOA to sell collegiate licensed products using the correct brand. @SEAmod@Danny_Amazon@Manny_Amazon@Jameson_Amazon@Glenn_Amazon@Cooper_Amazon @Sandy_Amazon@Jim_Amazon@Dougal_Amazon Can you please assist me in getting this listing correctly reinstated to the original brand? Also, I run Category Listings Reports to check for hijacked listings, and this report did not notify me of this change. Upon further investigation, I learned that VWPEYY hijacked a number of listings. I found 4 of this particular brand that was changed to VWPEYY hijacked. I do not want to publish the other ASIN'S yet until one of my legitimate competitors has the opportunity to delete these ASIN's from their inventory before being hit with a suspected IP violation. Once the other seller confirms these are no longer in their inventory, should I report these ASIN's? As I said, I do not want myself or any other legit sellers to be harmed by VWPEYY. This bogus brand is not a customer of the rightful brand owner.

They are also claiming their brand on many other products that are clearly branded as something else. I assume these listings have also been hijacked. Definitely worth investigating....

Seller support was able to get the brand reverted back to it's original brand. Ther ea re so many of these cases out there nowadays. It would be EXTREMELY helpful if there was a clear path to address these issues.
