Help please

I have an account that was hacked in August last year I tried every way to get into it and all I kept getting was thankyou for submitting the information we will get back to you in 24hours. This has been saying this for months. I tried to find a contact number but none are for sellers anymore and I just kept getting redirected to login to my account and contact seller support. The thing is I can not login and no one I talk to seems to understand this. I have sent 3 emails over to seller support (director) over the last few months not one has been responded to. So I had to do the last resort and open a second account so I could at least contact seller support about my issue.

Obvious this is against Amazon rules which I totally understand but I had to speak to someone they have detected it as a multiple account and deactivated it which is what I expected I have explained this through the appeal section about knowing I have set up another account and stated the reason why but yes you guessed it, generic replies about logging into my other account and fighting my case which I can not do. In the hope of someone at least looking into my other account I have tried again to login, now I'm just getting this page:

Not Authorised!

You are not authorised to access this page.

I have no where else to turn to now so hoping someone on here can either help or direct me on how I can get Amazon to understand my predicament TIA to anyone that can help
