Change dimensions for product listing for FBA

Yesterday I created an FBA shippment plan and it asked for the dimensions which I assumed was the outer carton dimensions. However, as the FBA fees are very high this is obviously wrong and it should have been the individual product dimensions. They are now stored as oversized items and I can’t send many. It is a paperback book.

I can’t manage to change this - how can I do this?

If you cannot amend the shipment cancel it(assuming you have not shipped yet) then go to edit in Manage Inventory enter all the correct dimensions on the More Detail page (there are a number of sections for dimensions fill all of them in)
Raise a case with CS give them details & ask to amend sizes.

Are you sure that what you entered were the product dimensions? As this is something you would be asked only if they weren’t already filled and it would be at the first step when creating the shipment.

When you go to “Manage Inventory” you will be able to see if the fee is related to the product or not.

If it’s related to the product, you will most likely need to open a case with the Seller Support where you will request the updates and provide some proof supporting them. As doing the updates yourself wouldn’t get reflected on the site.

Only after the product dimensions are corrected, proceed with creating a new shipment.
