Could you please confirm you took necessary action in Feedback Manager?
In the Recent Feedback table, next to the Order ID you want to request feedback removal, select Request removal under the Actions column.

I did everything you said, but customer service didn't help me delete it.

In fact, this entire feedback is a product review that should be deleted because it violates community guidelines.
