Amazon LTL Freight not picked up on schedule and shows 'In Transit'

I had a scheduled pick up of inventory from my warehouse by Amazon LTL Freight company however it has not been picked and the shipment has in Transit status. I am not sure who to contact. It is all quite confusing!
