Upgrading from Individual to Professional Account - Verification

Hello,

I attempted to upgrade my account from an individual to a professional account but have got caught in a loop of sending ID documents and having them verified (successfully on 2 occasions) but still unable to upgrade my account.

I get the following message "to upgrade your selling plan , please complete your account verification from Account overview page or Verify Account link and that the page will automatically redirect momentarily".

I then get directed to a page that shows my business and primary contact information with the only option to "edit information" via a button at the bottom of the page

When I click "edit information" a message comes up saying "i am currently undergoing another verification"

I got a message this morning saying I was able to be verified so unclear what I need to do,

Can someone help?
