All FBA orders I had in the past 5 days still have payment pending for 1 particular ASIN
For some background: this is the product I just launched. Inventory is already available but FBA orders are never shipped out. I contacted support, however, it's not helping. It is not possible for ALL buyers in the past 5 days to have payment issue.
I have sales from 1 other ASIN yesterday and it already shipped out. So it's the problem with this new product. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

My guess is that the inventory is probably still in the process of being transferred to a fulfillment center that can process orders, and Amazon is selling the stock ahead of time via the In Stock Head Start program. Once the inventory is at an FC that processes orders, the pending orders will start to ship.
