Does anybody know how to remove battery from listing

Recently a number of attributes have appear at the top of the sell page for our brand registered product.

One of the more annoying ones is: Number of Batteries 12V batteries required.

The product does not require batteries. No batteries is checked off in the catalog listing.

Seller support sure does not know how to do this. They have been "researching" for the last 30 minutes.
