Dealing with Incorrect Negative Feedback - Item Not Purchased

I'm facing an issue with a negative feedback left on my seller account.

The feedback reads: "Hi. Two of these bulbs are intermittently flashing. Not good enough and very irritating! I look forward to hearing from you. Gary"

However, the buyer purchased a phone case cover from my store and not the mentioned bulbs. I believe this is an error on the buyer's part.

I have attempted to contact the buyer via amazon messaging to clarify the situation and request feedback removal, but I haven't received a response.

I've also tried to address this through Amazon's Feedback Manager, but unfortunately, they haven't been able to assist.

What are the best steps to take in this situation?

This issue of feedback left for the wrong product has been mentioned many times before, and we have asked the forum mods to look into it, and made the suggestion that there should be an additional criteria for removal added to the existing list, but..... ??!! - don't hold your breath.
