Hilariously horrible customer

I received all these emails yesterday:

Why Amazon tolerates thieves to fool customers?
Oh Amazon get commission from the thieves sellers and Amazon allowed thiese fraudulent business on its platform. Instead these type of sellers should be banned from fooling customers. Now because of Lupo, Amazon reputation is gping down. I HATE BUYING ON AMAZON. I put this on Facebook

I replied stating Amazon FBA order was ‘pending’

Hello thief
Payment isn’t pending
It has been paid.
Amazon is tolerating thieves like you
You should be banned from cheating customers on azon
I will put a nice review about you on Facebook if I don’t get my stuff asap.

Thief where is my stuff?
Where did you send it to?
Your own address?

I paid for it but you stole my money.
God will punish you
Your business will closed down by covid

I then replied giving him a screen shot of said pending FBA order along with the following reply from SS:

We understand you are experiencing an issue with Order ID xxxx.

The order has not been dispatched because we have not received payment authorisation from the buyer. We were unable to authorise the buyer’s payment method. We have notified the buyer and are trying to secure payment authorisation. The buyer has been notified that the order cannot be completed until their payment information has been updated.

Nothing back from the customer. No apology. Some people are so rude. I would like Amazon to take more action against these buyers, like they do on eBay

Try not to let it worry you and just treat it as another day at the office :smiley: There is nothing he can do. He hasn’t paid so he can’t do anything here and I wouldn’t worry about any rubbish on Facebook either.

should not put anything in message except direct buyer to Amazon Customer Service. That is their job and what you have paid for.

My best one is an irate customer who annoyed that the item she bought 3 days ago is out of stock, and if she’d known it was out of stock she would never have purchased it and she wishes to cancel immediately as she does not want to wait until I get more stock in.

i sell petrol lighters and get customers saying they tried for ages and it doesn’t work

i ask if they have filled it(all lighters come with instructions) and i usually get the message back, i will give that a try or similar

i would love to reply, best give the lighter to a responsible adult

You have to accept when selling on Amazon, that occasionally you will get a customer that accuses you of all kinds of stuff, that you haven’t done. There’s not much you can do about it. We have been selling on here since 2004 and one of these pops up every now and then. All part of the fun of selling on this platform. (bearing in mind some of these people might be unwell)

I had a total D HEAD a few years ago
he complained that amazon didnt deliver it by 12 o clock the next day

he sent me about 4 emails complaining and losing his rag until amazon delivered about 540pm

now these were diamond backed envelopes not self seal and he ordered 250

I thought that was the end of it but no he messaged a few days later whinging again

he said he was disappointed as he was up all night licking that was his exact words so i replied Im sorry you are disapointed that you were licking all night however your personal life is nothing to do with me and hopefully your wife wasnt as disapointed as you was while you were licking all night

This kind of behaviour should be consider as harassment and bullying on Amazon? Though we seller should try our best to act, reply professionally and treat it as a bad day at work. However, it does create some impacts on people, either side from Seller or Buyer. Amazon should provide a platform for reporting, investigation then improvement for a friendly, professional and trustworthy environment for doing business on its platform. Amazon takes lots commission fees from seller but provide little to protect the seller.

he complained that amazon didnt deliver it by 12 o clock the next day

he sent me about 4 emails complaining and losing his rag until amazon delivered about 540pm

now these were diamond backed envelopes not self seal and he ordered 250

I thought that was the end of it but no he messaged a few days later whinging again

he said he was disappointed as he was up all night licking that was his exact words so i replied Im sorry you are disapointed that you were licking all night however your personal life is nothing to do with me and hopefully your wife wasnt as disapointed as you was while you were licking all night
