Invalid Export license number
When creating shipping label, I was asked to provide "Export license (exporter of record) number"
My company has a new business license number that contains characters, and I cannot proceed with an text field error message shown in red - that is "Invalid Export license number".
Does anybody have an experience how to get away from this issue?
My company's previous EOR number was numbers ONLY, and this is a new license and probably Amazon system is not up to date with their form validation?
Any advice will help.
