They stopped doing them because they determined they made absoloutly no difference to the number of breakages. Instead you need to make sure your package can withstand rough handling.

We always printed our own because the RM ones were minuscule.
And NO, they don’t make any difference to how RM handle your parcels. The only difference they make is when your triple-wall-boxed and double-bubble wrapped item still gets broken … The customer asks why wasn’t it marked as fragile?
