Evri/Hermes APRL QR Codes failing AGAIN
hi mods @Winston_Amazon @Julia_Amazon
Once again we are getting numerous complaints of Evri QR codes not scanning when the customer is supplied then through the APRL scheme. They then either complain to us at best or open an A-Z that we lose at worst.
I know you’ll ask me for order numbers, I can’t be bothered. I just can’t be bothered to amazons own “expletive” investigative work and frankly, I don’t think you will fix it or even have the capacity to fix it anymore.
I just want you to know, quite simply, there’s a high failure rate with Evri QR codes. The Royal Mail ones ALWAYS work, it’s only ever Evri.

I have been working with our partner teams on the Evri situation.
I am adding your post to my list and will keep chasing this.
Thank you for flagging it.

This is still an issue. I'm amazed though there aren't other threads on the forum to the same effect - it does feel its just me complaining about this.
Order 206-7403266-2541928 - customer has actually sent us a message showing an image of the error message.
Is this a known issue? Is anything being done about it? Is it just me?
