Returned shipment from BHX4
Hi! We created the FBA and 25.11.2020 ship and sent it to Coventry (BH4) on 26.11.2020. The parcel arrived at the Amazon warehouse on 04.12.2020 and returned it to us. What could be the reason? Could it be because we didn’t use one of the delivery partners, but sent the delivery with a different carrier? We ask for help. Thanks.

What carrier did you use.
You MUST use one of the couriers that Amazon specify. If you don’t, you will be extremely lucky to get the shipment in.

Thanks for the answer.I will wait until the package is returned to me and send it with another carrier. However, I think Amazon is scamming sellers after the menu has a choice for the “other” carrier.

Up until a month ago I always used Hermes without any problem at all, just clicked on the choice for “other” carrier and shipments could be in and available within a few days.
My last few shipments have been with their preferred carrier UPS and I’ve now got items removed from sale due to “carried damaged”
Not sure if this is bad luck on my behalf but there shouldn’t be any problem using your own choice.

from our Very first Shipment we always use SKYNET (Not amazon courier partner) for our shipments to Amazon Warehouses. All our shipments well received at Warehouses. Yesterday our shipment received in Manchester, while 3 days back 1 shipment well checkedin & live in Cobentry BHX4.
We faced only 1 issue last month, which turned out to be the fault of courier rider.
