there is no VAT on UPS fees as partnered carrier to amazon
the costs can be found on date range reports under FBA inventory and inbound services fees

Mine shows the same as Demel.
The price I am quoted at the shipment screen does not incude vat. the amount that I am actually charged has vat added onto it.
Not vat registered, maybe that makes a difference? As technically Amazon would need to add vat onto the “service” they provide as a broker for the shipping, so if they don’t charge you vat then there wouldn’t be any
