Invalid charge method
Hi,
My card expired I can't access my account because of this. It is asking me to update the verification method which I did for every site it has taken the £1 / 1 Euro for each country and says it is complete. However, it does not allow me access to the account.
I have contacted amazon support who advised me to wait 48 hours which I had already done before contacting them. So I completed the verification method again and waited another 48 hours but I am still getting the same issue.
The card meets all the requirements and was accepted previously it has just come to the end of its life. I have orders to send out but can't because of this issue. These orders are now late.
Can anyone offer any help or advice
