Hi all,

I’m looking for advice from anyone who’s experienced a similar situation.

My Amazon UK seller account was closed over a month ago, seemingly due to an address verification issue. I was asked to submit documents, which I did — multiple times — including valid ID, utility bill, and bank statement. All documents were genuine and submitted promptly.

A few days ago, I received a message stating that after review, Amazon has decided to keep my account closed. No specific reason was given beyond that, and I’ve had no selling privileges for over a month now.

I’ve contacted support several times and appealed, but I haven’t received any further clarity. Has anyone had success getting their account reinstated after this kind of closure? And is it still worth appealing again even after receiving a “final decision”?
