manufacturing agreement
I was just denied from brand registry due to "lacking, or missing" information on manufacturing agreement. My supplier is through alibaba and i submitted the trade assurance contract which I am assuming is not accepted. I tried to reach out to brand registry specifically for assistance with no luck. I was wondering if there is something else that is acceptable that I can submit or if I need to create a manufacturing agreement.

Using a source of products that is known to sell counterfeits and knockoffs and violate IP continually is a questionable business decision at best.
Amazon is known to deny 'invoices' and lots of other stuff from Ali#$#$ frequently.
You REALLY need to search the Forum for the dozens/hundreds of account suspensions due to using them as a source.

I source components from Suppliers I found on Alibaba. I do not source finished products. That may well get you into IP issues.
The "Trade Assurance Contract" is something Alibaba generates, not your Supplier. Contact the Supplier directly for proper documentation, including a Manufacturing Agreement and a real invoice.

Ask the supplier directly for an invoice. They should have not issue providing one.

Hello @Seller_IAVvWzh5BWJEK,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I can provide a resource that will help with your manufacturer agreement.
First, @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp, @Seller_Fnfv2UKRup5rK and @Seller_8sP6ffckcRn6vhave all provided proper guidance.
In addition to what they stated, please review the Apply to sell a product, category, or brand Seller University video. Although this video refers to selling applications, it does go in depth on the types of invoices that are accepted. You can use this as a guide for what your manufacturer agreement should have.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best, Dougal
