Getting our products listed under wrong brand changed to match our brand registry brand.

We are struggling with an ongoing issue: other sellers have listed our products before we did and have input the brand name incorrectly in so they do not match our actual brand name in the brand registry. This creates problems as we are unable to correct incorrect product information on the product detail pages, and the products also do not link to our seller storefront.

An example of this would be a brand registered as "forever 21" and products are incorrectly added under a brand named "forever twenty one clothes"

When contacting support, they often refuse to modify or fix the brand name to match our storefront, stating that they cannot change the brand of a product. Or they say we should create a new ASIN, but that is not possible because the barcode is tied to the existing ASIN.

What is the proper channel and method to either get these products fixed or have them removed so we can re-create them? It has gotten extremely time-consuming fighting with seller Central Support to try and get these changes made.

Hi there @Seller_UbSrxJnkIoJ6C

It looks like Daniel from your support case was able to give you the path of reporting these ASINs through Report a Violation so that you can start over and properly list them!

If you have any questions at all as you work through this, please let me know!
